The Fontainebleau Custom are knives made from the template of our the Fontainebleau model.
The blades are produced in our workshop by removing material from steel bars other than 12C27. The handles are made in exceptional materials and we add on some models a guilloche plate made with lime.
For those models of knives that are not in stock, you can order them. Allow around 30 working days for manufacturing time.
