It is 10 km from the town of Fontainebleau, in the heart of its forest and its horses, that I set up my workshop in the hamlet of Cugny in La Genevraye (77) in order to manufacture quality knives to satisfy enthusiasts of this mythical object.

Disigning & manufactory, sale, sharpening, restoration of old, courses of cutlery.

 The workshop is open to the public on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. or by appointment
