Cutlery craftsman

After 5 years spent in Thiers and Laguiole to learn the cutlery trade and obtain my CAP, I returned in 2011 to my home region and it is 10 km from Fontainebleau, in the heart of its forest and its horses, that I set up my workshop in the hamlet of Cugny in La Genevraye (77) in order to make quality knives to satisfy fans of this mythical object.
I created and registered two models: Le Fontainebleau® and Le Grimpeur® which I manufacture in small series.

I also design and make other models such as Pitigrow and Illicite or other unique pieces often inspired by old cutlery.

I work mainly to order, do not hesitate to contact me or come to the workshop during opening hours.
As a craftsman cutler I offer several services such as sharpening, polishing and restoration of old knives.

 The workshop is open to the public on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. or by appointment
